Sydney Build 2025 Panel

I joined Queers in Property members (Todd Nguyen, Mark Ojascastro and Leslie Tiku) along with Guiliame Babille from Cushman & Wakefield to speak at the Sydney Build Inclusion stage.

Our event was called ‘How Leaders, Allies, and Organisations can support LGBQTIA+ Colleagues’ and explored how inclusion isn’t just a policy - it’s culture. Where I stressed it’s the stories we tell, the symbols we use, the rituals we uphold, and the behaviours we model that reflect an organisation’s values.
