  • Help organisations understand the trends, technologies and workforce shifts shaping their future. Rapid discovery sprints use service design and behavioural diagnostics to uncover where work, skills and value creation are evolving; creating shared clarity on what’s changing and why it matters.

    Format could include: diagnostic research, executive interviews, behavioural mapping, workforce data analysis, AI-readiness scans, EX/CX listening, task-mapping using JTBD, risk/opportunity heat maps, future scenarios, strategic blueprints

  • Support teams to reimagine how work gets done. Facilitate role-to-task mapping to identify where work can be automated, augmented or elevated, and help leaders shape adaptive operating models that balance autonomy, alignment and clarity across hybrid, AI-enabled environments.

    Format could include: work-redesign sprints, task-based work design templates, team-structure mapping, value-stream mapping, agile cadence design, process blueprints, future-state operating model frameworks

  • Enable people and organisations to learn, adapt and lead through change. Partner with teams to align skills to strategic goals, embed learning in the flow of work and co-create capability frameworks that make growth continuous, measurable and inclusive.

    Format could include: capability frameworks linked to business value, skills-intelligence mapping, capability foresight and reskilling roadmaps, learning journeys, capability centres for experimentation, micro-learning libraries, behavioural-change design, reskilling programs, credential pathways

  • Help teams build repeatable systems of performance through clear tools, rhythms and behaviours. Facilitate workshops that strengthen collaboration, feedback and reflection, creating the conditions for accountability, clarity and connection in everyday work.

    Format could include: HPT Toolkits (kick-offs, retros, 1:1 template, dashboards), shared rhythm maps, feedback and coaching systems, team-health diagnostics, performance playbooks, peer-coaching guides, continuous-learning loops

  • Work with organisations to shape the stories and everyday behaviours that bring strategy and culture to life. Co-create rituals, narratives and symbols that connect purpose to practice, helping people see themselves in the change and sustain it over time.

    Format could include: culture-story frameworks, narrative-building workshops, behaviours and values mapping, ritual design labs, storytelling toolkits, culture-code playbooks, “moment-to-moment” habit design, communication artefacts, leadership narrative coaching, change adoption frameworks

  • Support leaders to navigate uncertainty, build trust and foster adaptive, inclusive cultures. Help leadership teams balance clarity with empathy and experimentation with accountability; creating spaces where inclusion, curiosity and adaptability are everyday practice.

  • Help teams use AI ethically and effectively, ensuring technology amplifies not replaces human potential. Work with leaders to shape clear principles, rhythms and responsibilities that make human-machine collaboration purposeful, transparent and trusted.
    Formats may include: co-design sessions, AI-readiness workshops, Human and Machine playbooks, ethical-AI principles guides and workshops, EX/CX alignment blueprints, readiness conversations, adoption journey mapping, capability uplift frameworks

  • Help organisations understand and measure what matters in the new world of work. Use service design diagnostics to identify where systems support or block success, then guide teams to define metrics that balance performance, wellbeing and inclusion.
