Think Visual’s Visualising Relationships

Last week I had the privilege of speaking at the Sh8peshifters ‘Think Visual’ monthly event.

In my talk, Visualising Relationships: Creating common understanding and breaking down barriers, I explored the power and science behind visual communication and drew on my own career in CX, Service Design , L&D and DEI. I’ve seen first hand how visual tools can spark alignment, simplify complex ideas, connect individuals, represent the ideal or the current, and transcend language barriers. It can bridge divides, breakdown barriers and inspire change.
