Runner up in the Inclusion Category
Only now pulling myself of the floor from shock after finding out that I received runner up (Highly Commended) in the Inclusion category of the 2025 Inspiring Women in CX Awards.
Being recognised for how inclusion and advocacy are woven through every aspect of my work, from customer experience to learning, service design, and leadership, is something I’ll carry with pride. This recognition has given me the exact boost I needed to keep going—especially when the path is unclear or the nay-sayers are loud.
A huge congratulations to the incredible 💥Stine Ringvig Marsal💥 on the well-deserved win - I loved learning about your work and hope we can meet in Copenhagen later this year. To all the brilliant nominees and finalist; what a powerful collective of women.
A heartfelt thank you to the judges for your thoughtful feedback - it was both kind and considered, and has left me feeling incredibly seen. To Women in CX ™ and Clare Muscutt (WiCX): thank you for this award, the nomination, and for building such a purposeful platform.
One judge shared, “this was beautifully written, full of tangible evidence of the impact Lara has and is having on others.” That impact comes from working alongside incredible teams, clients, and communities who are willing to challenge the status quo—not just in words, but through action and visibility. Here’s to joining forces to design for equity, advocate with integrity, and creating experiences that truly include.
