MPowered Design Thinking training

In this face-to-face training at the MPowered SME Conference, I unpacked the principles of Design Thinking in a practical, relatable way. For the many small businesses in the room, I wanted to show how easy it was to navigate these tools and that they’re not just for designers - these methods can be used by any parent, founder, or professional navigating complex decisions and wanting to create meaningful change.
