Honoured to speak at the Authentic Leadership Program (ALP) that Deloitte & Stand Out have on offer for their people. Was a great way to kick off the Mardi Gras weekend by thinking of my own journey and what I’ve learnt in leadership roles.

I can firmly say ‘Leadership isn’t a title, it’s a soft skill and a capability, you don’t need a role to posses it’. And those fierce leaders in the room are going to make a lot of change.
